Join us on May 30 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center for our Summer Kickoff, a fun-filled day to celebrate the start of the season with family, friends, and nature!
Enjoy a variety of activities and experiences throughout the day, including live music, food trucks, bounce houses, animal chats with our wildlife ambassadors, and exciting raffle opportunities. Guests will also have the chance to explore the Reptile Room and learn more about the incredible animals that call the Biophilia Center home!

Monarch Morning — A Special Add-On Experience
Make your Summer Kickoff visit even more memorable with Monarch Morning, presented in partnership with the Panhandle Butterfly House! For just $20, you'll take home a milkweed plant to support monarch habitat, paint your very own 3D printed butterfly, and enjoy a live Q&A with a butterfly expert. Space is extremely limited, so don't wait — grab your spot before it's gone!

Guided Bird Hike — Free with Admission!
Kick off your morning the right way with a beginner-friendly Guided Bird Hike through the beautiful longleaf pine forest right here on our property! Whether you've never picked up a pair of binoculars or you're a seasoned birder, this hike is for everyone. Our guide will help you spot and identify the birds that call the Florida Panhandle home.
